Crocodile Stitch Dome · Shaped Hat

Get these cheerful hats for the whole family!

They look absolutely adorable on kids and adults. The “crocodile stitch” or dragonscale stitch is bringing a lot of texture and fun. I like to make them in variegated yarn, that hat really makes the colors stand out. However, there is an option to do these beanies in solid colors.

▪︎ MATERIAL: can vary – either 100% merino wool for the solid colors, melange of wool and alpaca for solid colors, melange of wool and polyester or wool and acrylic for variegated colors.
▪︎ CARE: hand wash in lukewarm water 30°C, don’t use fabric softener, dry flat to ensure the item remains soft and mild.

Benefits of merino wool:
– warm & comfortable, allows the skin to breathe naturally and discourages sweating, particularly for babies who haven’t learned to regulate heat very well and are prone to over-heating in synthetic fibres.
– merino is an insulator and holds the body’s heat well
– it’s perfect to wear in winter, spring and autumn
– there will never be a need for an iron! The natural properties of merino wool ensure that it bounces back to it’s original state.
